Sven Dutoit

Originally from St-Saphorin (Lavaux), a geographer by training, and a polyglot (French, English, German, Italian, Spanish, Gr), and an intrepid traveler, my diverse professional experiences—ranging from environmental photographer to cartographer, scuba diving instructor to crew member on luxury yachts—have taken me to the four corners of the world. Since 2006, the real estate industry has allowed me to put all my skills—including environmental knowledge, VIP client service, financing, and language proficiency—to work for my clients by founding an independent real estate agency operating in the Alps, French-speaking Switzerland, and internationally. Today (2019), I am proud to be able to share 12 years of real estate experience and all my expertise at Switzerland Sotheby’s International Realty on the Riviera (Montreux office) in the most prestigious resorts of the Alps (Sotheby’s Montagne).
