Having been part of Switzerland Sotheby's International Realty for more than 18 years, I have had the privilege of evolving through various roles, thereby developing strong expertise in the real estate field and a comprehensive understanding of our company.

Today, I hold the position of Human Resources Director, a role that is particularly close to my heart. Working closely with Management, the different departments, and above all with our employees, I strive to create a caring, motivating, and fulfilling work environment.

I am proud to actively contribute to recruitment and onboarding processes, supporting each new talent, whether experienced in real estate or transitioning from another profession. For us, the willingness to learn, a sense of human values, and team spirit are just as important as skills.
